Illinois Realtor License Requirements:

• Prospect must be at least 21 years old (18 year olds can also get an Illinois realtor license, provided they have completed at least 4 semesters college level coursework at an approved Department of Financial and Professional Regulation school as a full time student or equivalent, with emphasis on real estate classes.)
• Prospect must hold a high school diploma or equivalent degree.

Just make sure with your broker that the contract doesn't leave you open to any potential litigation.
