PA Realtor License

PA Realtor License Requirements

  1. There are two (2) courses that you must obtain credit for in pre-licensing. Those courses are the Real Estate Practice course and the Real Estate Fundamentals course. Each course is contains 30 hours of material, for a total of 60 hours of classroom time.
  2. Then you must pass and end of coursework proctored exam (70% minimum).
  3. And finally, you must pass a state salesperson licensing exam (70% minimum).
  4. You must be at least 18 years old.
